Mark’s work was converting my bathroom into a shower-room. This entailed removing the bath, toilet and hand-basin to remodel the room with fully fitted shower cubical toilet and basin. He had to replace the in and out piping. He also put in new flooring, re-tiled the whole room and repainted the rest of the room. He assisted me in choosing the new furniture and was very helpful and patient in this respect. Mark carried out this work to a high level of quality without any undue delays or putting me out too much. His fees were reasonable. He was considerate to my property and left no mess at the end of each days work. Being a single female I felt safe and comfortable while he was in my home carrying out this work. He is trustworthy and presentable and I have no worry in recommending him and have in fact done so already.

He was extremely helpful in terms of the advice that he gave as to various aspects of what I’d need to get and what would and wouldn’t work in the room. We hired Mark to completely refurbish our bathroom which involved taking all the old fixtures and fittings out of the bathroom and installing a new shower, toilet, washbasin vanity unit, bathroom cabinet, extraction system and new heated towel rail. Mark also oversaw the fitting of a new window and liaised with the flooring installer. We are very pleased with the finished job and Mark has been very helpful throughout the whole process from initial estimate through to completion. He also helped us out when we had a disaster when a kitchen window fell out. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mark to anyone else looking for a really good tradesman.

He explained what needed to be done and gave me a very good quote before starting the job. He fixed the toilet in no time and made sure that he left my bathroom clean and in great condition.
